I was thinking of taking the MCAT without taking Ochem 2 and 3 and physics 3, but taking a class for it instead which is offered by my school. Does anybody have anything thoughts on this?
HAHA, physics 3,4 and ochem 3,4 are for real scientists! They will improve your understanding of the physics/ochem on the MCAT, but aren't required for your success on those sections of the MCAT.

Take the MCAT! There's no reason to take Physics 3 or Orgo 2, but the best advice must come from the AAMC. No college course is called "MCAT science", instead you need to find courses that cover the AAMC topics. The AAMC site has a topic list for all of the sciences, you can find that here: http://drrossmcat.yolasite.com/services.php
The first link at the bottom right is for Physics and Chem, the second link is for Bio and Orgo.
