Your MCAT Is the issue. You're in the risk zone for either failing out of medical school and or failing boards.

Your stats are fine for many do schools. So retake the mcat, but only when you are 100% ready for it

MD-PhD is unfortunately off the table with your GPAs. The 496 will be visible even if you retake. SMP are meant to help applicants with MD or DO programs. MSTP and MD/PhD have far fewer spots available.
