Do I need some sort of Post-Bac certificate for AMCAS app?

I am finishing up my post-bac study this spring and will be applying this cycle. I already have an undergrad degree.

Currently, I am considered as a transient post-bac student, so I am not getting any degrees or any documentation that I took classes at the school to fulfill pre-med requirements. Do I need any kind of certificates? Is transcript from this school all I need to send in for AMCAS? I would appreciate your response. Thank you.
