Do I need to disclose an expunged institutional action on AACOMAS application?

Hello everyone, I have an institutional action from 15 years ago that has now been expunged from my college's academic record. In the AMCAS application, I will not need to disclose it since "it was deleted, expunged, or otherwise removed from [my] record by the institution" (2026 AMCAS Applicant Guide pg. 20). With this being said, would I need to disclose this expunged institutional action on the AACOMAS application?
