do i need to take toefl?

does anyone know if i need to take toefl even if i have completed a masters degree from here in the usa?

It depends on school, so the best way is to contact admission and ask them directly. That's what I did and found out that for UMN and USC it is a mandatory thing, but for UIC it is a discretional and depends whether you have a degree from US school.
