Hello,

I have been a full time pharmacist for a retail chain for 4 months. I recently got a part time offer for a hospital job. The hospital knows fully that I work for the retail company. Do I need to tell my DM about my new part time job?

No, it's not a competitor so it wouldn't matter to them. Having a job at a retail chain and at a hospital is normal and doesn't need to be documented.

Might be helpful if scheduling conflict is a possibility but you don't have to tell them.
