Well I have begun my third year in Florida International University, My current overall GPA is a 2.717, and My science Gpa is somewhere around a 2.6, I am currently taking 16 credits, which inculde Physics without Calc., the lab and a problem solving course to help out, General MicroBio., Calc. 2, Ceramics 1, and next Spring, am going to be taking 15 credits which include, Ecology, Genetics, Physics 2( the lab and problem solving course), and a Intro to Psycology, and plan to take my DAT in May of 08'.

Can you guys please tell me what should I do, better study methods, and what to score in the DAT to help me out??

Also if I get All A's in those classes, by the end of Spring I will Have a overall 3.2 gpa.

Am kind of down on myself right now so any piece of advice or encourgement could help me out.

Get A's in the classes. Score 20+ on DAT.
You will be just fine. Don't lose any hope.

You've put yourself in a tough position, but don't worry, you're not the first nor the last one. The one down side is that if you want to get into dental school, you're going to have to make sure that you achieve all A's and bring your overall up to a 3.2. Its my feeling that if you want it bad enough, you can do it. I'm not sure if you've spent the last two years partying or whatever reason, but believe me, you can have a balance of both. Go to office hours, help rooms, and study as much as you can. Utilize your time during the day so that you can have fun one or two nights a week. If you can do this, schools will look highly on your increasing trend in grades. Unfortunately, you will still have to compensate by shooting for as high DAT scores as possible. It won't be an easy year for you, but I guess it boils down to really just how much you want it. Good luck.

Thanks guys I really appreciate your advice, I'll check update my status after the end of this semester...
