"Do not tube" resource?

At xxx community hospital - it seems like everything but IVIG gets tubed - do any of you know a good resource for hunting down "do not shake" warnings???

I am thinking it is something in pharmacist times or maybe AJHP or hospital pharmacy...

There is one out there that comprehensively lists the vast majority of drugs...I had to write the protocol for our hospital's new tube system...my stuff is at work though...if I remember, I'll jot down the citation...
