Do online upper div bio courses count?

I've already graduated and I'm signed up for an online upper div biology course through a program. Will it be looked negatively upon by adcoms?

Some schools do not accept online courses for pre-reqs. It should count towards your BCPM GPA if that's what you're asking, but if you're using that class to satisfy the biology requirement, you might encounter some schools that won't accept it.

Thanks, I just called them and they said the course won't show up was an online course apparently.

Most online classes do not, especially the ones that are just extensions. Even if it did from my searching the MSAR most schools only care about the prerequisites. If it is upper level you would probably be fine anyway.
