DO only: 502 MCAT 3.6gpa

3.60 cGPA and 3.64 sGPA (If I ace my classes this semester will be around 3.7).

502 MCAT: 125 (55%)/126 (70%)/126 (67%)/125 (55% ) 57th percentile total

Decent EC's and leadership roles. Started shadowing a DO last week so hopefully I'll have a significant amount of hours built up and a LOR by the time I apply. No research thought (will that hurt me?).

Youll be fine for DO programs. Try both your state MD schools as well.

A 3.7/27 makes the MD schools outside your state mostly a stretch, it's worth noting a retake to 510+ would make you a fairly viable MD candidate(assuming your ECs are at the level you say they are). Something to consider as well if you have reason to believe you can do significantly better on a retake

Thanks for the advice. I'm sure I could improve my score but I've always struggled with standardized test, and my biggest fear is scoring the same or lower. I'm perfectly content with going DO this cycle.
