DO/PhD programs

Hi All--
I am interested in applying to a combined degree program, and thought I'd look into the options available with a DO-PhD rather than an MD-PhD. Anyone know of a listing of DO schools that offer a combined degree program? I'd like the PhD to be in biochemistry or in an area close to it (e.g. micro- or molecular bio, chemistry, ...).
