Do post bac programs have financial aid

Hi all
I have been looking at attending some postbac schools since i have a one year gap because i am applying after graduation to med school (one year later than others) My gpa is fairly high, so maybe i don't really need post bac programs but to fill up one year,it might be good option, right?

However, does any postbac or 1-yr MS program come with financial help?

If its an accredited university, students in any degree- or certificate-granting program are eligible for federal financial aid. Might be all loans, though.
