do prokaryotes have cilia?

I was watching chad's video for bio and he had an animation depicting a prokaryote with cilia labled. I've never heard of prokaryotes with cilia so i did a google search and every where i've looked "yahoo answers" or other forums said no. but i couldn't find a credible source i went to my tbr book and it didn't mention anything about cilia in the prokaryote section.

EDIT: some random yahoo answers posts said yes. but can someone please lay down the final verdict? thanks

Some prokaryotes have flagella. I don't think any of them have cilia.
