Do schools get letters from AMCAS quickly?

I sent my letters out today and AMCAS received them already.
Can I expect my sec apps to be complete in one week?

At some schools you'll be complete tomorrow when you wake up. At most, you'll be complete by the end of the week. At a few, you'll be an old man before your app is processed.
