Do senior fall semester grades matter if you had already applied? What about Berkeley that has their application deadline in December?

I believe some schools give you the option of submitting your final semester grades.

If you've already been accepted, no, as long as you pass! If you haven't been accepted you don't know if they'll make their decision after the semester is over and want to see your grades. In that case, be careful!

You still need to pass even if you are already accepted for most schools
