DO student needs some serious help

I am interested in going into an IM program pretty much anywhere in California. I would consider other places in the west coast and big cities such as Philly, NYC, Chicago. My board scores are terrible.
Step 1 USMLE 188
Step 2 USMLE 219
Step 1 Comlex 427
Step 2 Comlex 433
Step 2 PE passed on first try.
I passed all my exams on the first try. Have great LoRs, honors in IM rotations

I would love to stay in Norcal but Socal would be nice as well. I'm very interested in the County style hospitals like Highland Oakland, Santa Clara Valley, USC. I am also considering Las Vegas Valley for DO but hear I can probably scramble into that post ACGME match. Any input would be appreciated. I know my scores are really limiting my options so I'm not being very picky about where I go. Thanks

Being an American graduate, you definitely have a shot at some fairly respectable IM programs in NY with those numbers.
