Do students get accepted before sending LOR's?

i would rather not force my letter writers to write to multiple schools. Was curious on if people have gotten acceptances before sending LOR's and specifically from which schools

There are a couple schools that may do this depending on the strength of your application. I am not able to name specific schools.

Kent and CSPM gave me an acceptance pending LORS + final transcript turned in at end of the year.

Scholl will not consider your app without LORS turned in.

NYCPM gave me a full acceptance and they only received 2 of the 3 required LOR at that time. Don't plan on sending the third one because there's no point

DMU gave me an acceptance with no letters submitted. Granted its a conditional acceptance because they require a podiatry letter.
