Do supplementals mean anything?

I understand that you HAVE to do a supplemental to be considered, but if a school sends out an individual supplemental application, does that mean that they are slightly more interested in you as an applicant? Reason being is that I have received supplementals from some schools, but not from others.

A lot of schools don't have supplementals anymore as their questions are included on the program materials of aadsas app, so all they ask for is a supplemental fee

Some schools screen while others don't, so they mean more from some schools than others. However, it typically just means you met their GPA/DAT minimums.
