So next semester, two of the courses I'll be taking are called Plant Diversity and Animal Behavior and both of their course codes are EBIO which stands for Ecology and Evolutionary Biology.

So tell me, would these courses be counted towards my science GPA?

Your science GPA = your BCPM GPA. My understanding is that both are important but that more emphasis is placed on the science GPA.

Depends on the school. Every school has different weighing formulas.
