Do they give us

This forum made possible through the generous support of SDN members, donors, and sponsors. Thank you.
There's a periodic table button that you can press while taking the test. Unfortunately, when I took the MCAT, the periodic table covered the entire screen and you couldn't move it.

No calculators allowed. Trust me, you wouldn't want one anyway. Just round like crazy.

Edit: hmmm. I'm actually not sure if you could move the periodic table or not.

wait... the MCAT is on the computer?

What else do they give me or should I know about?

I ask, because I am in a prep class, and all they have had us do was read chapters which focus on the information. Nothing about the test itself. Am I supposed to know about the test, and the course just preps me for the materials?

Seriously? I'm not sure if you are being sarcastic or not but I'll give you the benefit of the doubt... The MCAT has been CBT (computer-based format) since January 2007.

If you're taking a prep class, haven't they mentioned this at all?

Ha I love it, man yeah that prep class needs to tell you that its on a computer.
