I figured since this forum consists of 97.235% DO vs MD threads, I would put the DO's up against something interesting like a Gorilla. So what do you guys think...who would win in a fight...your local DO or a gorilla?

Depends on where the DO is. I think that the right handed gay DOs of Alaska can take down a gorilla, on account that they have to wrestle grizzly bears as part of their step 3 comlex up there. But us regular left handed DOs wouldn’t stand a chance.

well i heard that gorillas have really small testicles, so i think it will be harder for the gorilla to get laid. Although if the gorilla has enough game I think they can have whoever they want, it will jsut be harder. The DO is the safer bet.

I actually saw a DO take down a gorilla once. So the DO.

On the other hand, DO vs. a slice of greasy pizza didn't go over so well (the DO was in the bathroom all night long)

Greasy pizza may just be the downfall of modern medicine.

Depends on the undergraduate GPA of the Gorilla. Of course, if the DO wants to join the Gorilla world and do a Gorilla residency, the DO will have a harder time than a Gorilla who wants to do a Gorilla residency. The DO will have to act like a Gorilla, smell like a Gorilla, and participate in all Gorilla rituals before the Gorilla can invite the DO into the family.

Also, if the DO wants to also be a Gorilla, is there some sort of fee ($65) or offshore zoo or Gorilla test where the DO can automatically become a Gorilla?

i rem learning about this...the fact that they have smaller testicles has shown to correlate with monogamy, while (if i rem correctly) chimpanzees have really large ones and are very promiscuous. Humans fall somewhere in b/w but more twds the promiscuous side. that was brought to u by Evolution 101 🙂

As a DO myself, I'd have to say that it wouldn't be a fair fight. The DO would be too distracted trying to evaluate the gorilla's bad posture & probably try to do a lumbar crunch on it. Done successfully, the gorilla might come back for more. Done incorrectly & the gorilla would never mess w/ the DO again!🙄
