DO - what are my chances?

Looking for some input and advice for my app.

cgpa: 3.47
sgpa: 3.40
MCAT: haven't taken yet, practice tests are hinting at around 505

clinical volunteering (hospital): ~ 200 hrs
non-clinical volunteering: ~ 100 hrs
shadowing: ~20 hrs
undergrad research: ~350 hrs

I graduated in May 2016 - since then I've been working full-time for a medical diagnositcs development company (R&D). This is another ~2000 hrs + total so far. I also have a couple clubs/extracurriculars, but no leadership positions.

What are my chances for DO schools? Do I need help anywhere in my app? I was originally planning on doing a post-bacc, but I'm not sure if it's necessary to waste the money.

If you score over 500 on the MCAT you could receive interviews at DO schools as long as you apply broadly to at least 15 schools and include many of the newer schools. You should also add more shadowing hours.
