I do not know if this question has been raised, if so, please don't flame me over it.
Using the AMCAS spreadsheet(use to be on SDN) when I calculated my grades, if I flag the Withdrawls as "BCPM" my gpa is severely hurt and bring my average lower than it already is. For instance, with the 4 science W's that I have, it brings my science gpa down to a 2.58 which makes it even harder to break 3.0 or above😕
So, I un-checked the W's as BCPM, then my gpa levels off at a level where I can take 15 credit hours and reach the 3.0 mark...which of course is still low, but easier financially to do
So does anyone know the answer to this? This difference for me could be as much as 30 hours..meaning if the W's are science classes and they count in gpa I would need an additional 30 hours past the 15 I am taking this summer to break a 3.0
Any help in this area will be much appreciated!?!
Thanks
