I don't. I feel like that would take far too long, especially considering you have an average of 40s per question. I just try to visualize each side, then see if I can match each visualization to an answer. Or sometimes it's easier to look at the answers first and compare. Hope that helps
I second what the person above me said. However, if it helps you in the beginning while you are still learning then by all means do it! Some people even physically fold a paper and punch a hole in it to learn how to visualize the hole punch section. I didn't do these things, but you should try whatever you think will help.
