I imagine that the majority students just take the basic core prerequisite classes (bio, chem, calc, phys, etc) thus only apply to schools that only require those classes.
Does that make students who apply to schools that require more prerequisites or higher level of prerequisites (cell bio, phy chem, gentics, biochem, etc) have a higher chance of acceptance because there is a smaller applicant pool?
Thanks!
