I worked as a barista during my Sophomore year, but I don't remember how many hours. Would it be okay to leave it out of my application?

It's fine to either guesstimate or simply leave it out. It's just important to have pertinent things in the app (though you could probably make a case for it being relevant if you wanted to) as well as things explicitly stated as required (like your criminal record)
