I have been trying to write an update letter regarding a recent paper that I am first author on and has been accepted by an academic journal. The paper has already gone through revisions and I am trying to write an update letter but the only thing available is the preprint on NCBI because the paper hasn't been published yet. How can I go about updating schools about this?
