Do I need CV when I apply to med schools? maybe to attach to AMCAS (if it's possible?) or send with secondaries?

no....you will be filling out anything that would be on your CV into the AMCAS application

You only need one if a school specifically asks for it, but mostly likely not. One school I applied to requested that I send them mine after being invited to interview. None of the other schools I applied to / interviewed at requested one.
