Please save your money.

There's enough on machines and equipment in the major textbooks.

I flipped through some anesthesia machine/equipment text when I was a resident, but didn't read it all. Don't remember the title. The rest of the important stuff I got from the first chapter of the Hall review book. I feel like I have a solid grip on it.

I just counted 28 anesthesia texts on my shelf and an "equipment" book isn't one of them. Like Yo GabbaPentin said, save your money.

I had an interest when I was a resident. Sprang for a copy of Dorsch & Dorsch. Lost interest over time, Some of it due to the fact that the anesthesia machine has become an electronic black box which is beyond most folks ability to trouble shoot.

wow, thx for the input,friends...i think i will follow the input but if anyone have other suggestions, i am listening..🙂

They will also be outdated pretty quickly as new technology comes. Unless you have a desire to become one of the experts on the machine, the book will not be of much use. If you have a departmental library, they should have one comprehensive text that you can reference in those instances when you need to know more.
The only other reason to purchase one is if you have a wicked refractory case of insomnia.

just want to share something...i got the book anesthesia equipment 😛rincipal and practice 😍..i didn't buy it as you all suggested me but a friend of mine gave it to me as a present..really shocked about what i read within this book..it is amazingly quiet easy to understand despite its bulky appearance..👍.
i haven't read whole of it, but finished certain chapters with good understanding..bravo..🙂
