Hi all!

Is it too late for me to upload a medical terminology course certification document into OTCAS. This is not a graded course, but more of a certification/completion class so I would not upload this into transcript entry. When I try to upload the file (certificate) into the document upload section, OTCAS doesn't seem to support it. Programs are already reaching out to me I'm regards to this discrepancy. What should I do? Thanks!

I would email the admissions team for those schools and see if you can email it to them and see if they accept it.

I have noticed that you have to make sure it is saved as a certain format or it will pop up with that message. I’ve started saving everything with the .pdf and it seems to work out better! Or you could see if you can just email it to the school that needs it.
