Hi all,

My interview is late in the cycle, to say the least, and I feel I need to have everything as together as possible, without any waiver nonsense, to have a chance. Is all this correct?

Unless something has really changed about how DoDMERB operates, you needn't worry about physical fitness at this point. I mean, it's great that you're working out, but DoDMERB is there to see if you have a disqualifying medical condition - not if you meet height and weight standards. That comes later.

It's been a long time for me, but typically they'll grant you a conditional acceptance - the condition being that you qualify medically. I don't think they will withhold your acceptance, but rather your acceptance will be contingent on the outcome of your physical.

dodmerb does handle the height/weight, but you can get taped by your recruiter if you have good body composition....eye test is with glasses, they also checks for depth perception/color blind and all that

you can lose a lb in a day if you need to and you are already close, "clothes on" is socks/shorts/tshirt
