I will be sending in a total of 3 transcripts: 2 I can send in May, 1 towards the end of June.

For the end of June one, I can actually know the grades of the last quarter earlier than I get the transcript. So if I fill in those grades and SUBMIT, do put me in line for verification with the other 2 transcripts they already have or will they wait until the last one is in?

You won't be "verified" as long as there are transcripts missing. Verification, as far as I know, is just making sure from your transcripts that you entered all the grades and stuff correctly.

if i am not mistaken, you cannot be verified till they receive ALL your transcripts.

you CAN be verified without letters of recommendations

ACk. I see.
To answer Flowrate, I was going to wait until my June grades because
1. I'm a third year
2. My GPA could possibly go from a 3.78 to a 3.8 and I have a silly thing about having it over the 3.8 threshold (although, with the extra CC summer courses it could be 3.8 anyway).

So I heard the rule was to submit with at least 3 full years of coursework. But I am also graduating this year so I do have enough units...tough call.

List the courses as "in progress" and send verification transcripts showing you are enrolled. Then when the grades are in send actual transcripts and they will update your grades. Thats the way it worked for me last year at least.

DbDan, did you apply as a junior or senior?

I believe submitting on June1 will give you an exponentially greater benefit than waiting to see what relatively insignificant (regardless of the mental thing -- I get it) GPA boost you get from the extra transcript, if it's possible.

I applied after graduation, I've been in a gap year currently. I was taking summer classes during my verification and sent the transcripts again when classes were over. I'm also readying to apply this cycle as well so take my advice w/ a grain of salt.
