Does AMCAS still pre-populate coursework for reapplicants?

A friend who reapplied a couple years ago said she didn't have to re-enter all her coursework the second time around because it pre-populated for her, but none of my prior coursework from my 2016 application is showing up on my current 2018 app. Does anyone know if there's a way I can pull in any/all of my 2016 app?

Did she reapply the following year? I was under the impression that the data would repopulate only if you'd applied in the previous contiguous year.
