Does anyone know how many seats are still available at USC?

Hey everyone,
I was wondering whether anybody has recently received an interview invite from USC. or if anyone knows the number of seats still available.

Please do not fill this thread with "Who is crazy enough to want to go to USC." As a non-resident applicant, who has applied to only two schools, UCLA and USC. USC seems to be my only option at this point. (I submitted my application really late, but my stats are not too bad.)

No idea for this year, but last year the final interview date was April 25 and about 15 spots were left to fill at that time (I attended the 4/25 interview). So they don't fill up early like a lot of other schools. I applied really late last year(11/30).

I didn't receive an offer and I was a nonresident applicant. The invitation came via a 4/13 email. So just keep waiting. As I understood it, after you interview you are ranked and put on the admissions list. When the school is ready to send out offers they just start at the top of the list. The date you apply doesn't affect your ranking on the list; ealier applicants are not given preference.

From my understanding, the admissions committee only fills 33% of the class by Dec. 1st. I wouldn't worry too much.

“Generally, the class is assembled on the following cycle: December 1 – one quarter; March - one quarter, mid-April - one quarter, end of May - one quarter. After June 1 students are selected from the alternate list as needed to fill the class.”
