I have to fill up an application and there is
Name
Birth date
DIB
Gender

Can any1 tell me what does this DIB mean 🙁

It is for 1st year students, immunization clinics.

Thats weird! Doesn't DIB stand for "Twice Daily" when referring to taking medications? Either that or Disability Insurance Benefits. That's all I got!

BID is referring to medications. As far as what DIB stands for, I've never heard of that and the only thing relevant that comes up in a Google search is 'disability insurance benefits' like sfrice80 said.

Call whatever organization made the application and ask. I would have guessed it was a typo and supposed to be "DOB" (Date of Birth), but you already said it already lists birthdate.
