As far as I know, they don't promise to publish one every year. The first one was based on 2005 Match data, the second one was based on 2007 data.

They're not doing one until '09. You can find the raw data is on the NRMP site though (not the Step averages and all, but the filled/unfilled etc. stuff).

Someone in another thread responded to my question regarding this (as did my Dean). It's supposed to be this month, but when this month (or if they are still on track with that), I have no idea.
