Does anyone who doesn't have shadowing hours got accepted into dental schools?

Hi, all.

Does anyone who does not have or have low shadowing hours (~30+) got accepted into dental schools? I know NYU requires at least 100 hours of shadowing, but did anyone actually got an interview or got accepted into schools like NYU with low shadowing hours?

Please let me know if you were one of those or you know someone who had the experience. Thanks.
