Does CVS negotiate salary/benefits?

Will CVS negotiate salary/benefits, or are their offers set in stone? I know some employers have a set rate for new hires in a region... maybe this varies by market.

Can't hurt to ask. I'm sure they'll tell you it's non-negotiable if it's not negotiable.

They normally have a table for salary (quartiles) and place you based on yrs of experience. Sometimes you get low balled if you don't know any better and they give u a new grad rate (the lowest rate on their pay guidelines).
