No, not really. It means you won't be asked to complete ACOFP requirements (OMM etc), but not much else.

It won't matter because you'll be through the program before the regulations go into effect. (I assume you're asking about what would happen if your program didn't gain ACGME accreditation).

shouldnt be an issue, programs that haven't received initial accreditation will not be allowed to accept new interns of those interns would not be graduated before the deadline for all programs to be ACGME accredited (2020)
