Does everyone who test on the same day get the same questions and passages?

I'm just wondering because someone told me that everyone get different ones, but that doesn't make sense to me if we are being scored against each other.

You wont even have the same exam as someone in the same room as you that day is what I've read. Which makes sense. Either way it doesn't matter to how I or you should study so don't waste time thinking about it.
