Does graduating w/ honors make much a difference?

Say, one person graduates with a 3.5 GPA with honors. Another one graduates with a 3.7 GPA w/out honors. Who would look better?

Honestly, get the highest GPA you can get. Doing honors is not worth it if it will lower your GPA. Correct me if I am wrong (anyone), but a 3.7 > 3.5 w/ honors. ADCOMS don't have the time to factor in honors (I mean they will consider it), but to what will they gauge it to? Each school has a different honor system, so...
