Does interfolio inform you if a letter is not signed?

I'm kind of concerned about this. I didn't know about the whole signature requirement when I made the LOR request for a couple of my professors via interfolio, so I am not sure whether or not I clicked on the box for "This letter needs to be signed" or whatever when the request was sent? Is there anyway to verify if my letters are signed? I saw a couple threads on SDN that said interfolio will tell you if a letter is not signed, but I'm not sure if they still do this. If I call tomorrow, will interfolio tell me if my letters are signed?

Most professors are used to writing formal letters of recommendation. They usually use proper letterheads and use a signature to end the letter. If you're feeling uneasy and want to play it safe I would just ask your professor.

I don't think they let you know, unless you call and ask. Unlike @SynapticDoctah, I sent my letters to AMCAS and TMDSAS, assuming they had been signed because I checked the box for each request. I found out when TMDSAS rejected one of them. Save yourself the extra frustration of dealing with the unsigned letter issue and call before sending the letters to the application systems.
