Hello,
I am an international student doing my internal medicine rotation in my final year, here in my school usually this rotation is always the worst for students in terms of " grades " and evaluation.
most of the student fall between 65 to 80 out of 100. I mean those students were getting honor grades in other rotations but it is extremely hard to even pass an internal medicine rotation.
So I am just wondering is this because " internal medicine " really represent a major problem for medical students worldwide or it is just us
