Hello,

I am an international student doing my internal medicine rotation in my final year, here in my school usually this rotation is always the worst for students in terms of " grades " and evaluation.

most of the student fall between 65 to 80 out of 100. I mean those students were getting honor grades in other rotations but it is extremely hard to even pass an internal medicine rotation.

So I am just wondering is this because " internal medicine " really represent a major problem for medical students worldwide or it is just us  ??

Probably just you guys. Your evaluators are perhaps more stringent and harsh with grades as compared to other rotations. We do fine here with similar grade distribution to other rotations.
