Does it matter if my transcript has honors program distinction on it

I was in my college's honors program and it is supposed to be noted on my transcript. However, I just graded and they have not updated my transcript yet. Should I wait to send my transcript to amcas until they do? I'm just wondering if this matters to adcoms. I had to complete many requirements for it so i was going to use it as one of my experiences, but not sure if i should have it on my transcript as well.

If this grade is going to add an A to your GPA calculation, you could wait until it posts. If it's about the honors designation, check your registrar when it will update but go forward if the grades posted.

It doesn't matter, but if it's going to be a matter of a week before your transcript gets updated you may as well wait for it. You're still very early right now.
