Does it matter that my LOR is late if everything else is in?

I had all of my LORs by May, but I didn't have my school send out my letter packet until today. I wasn't aware that it would take them 3-4 weeks for them to send it out. Add in the delivery time and the time it takes for AMCAS to process my letters, and it could be August before everything is complete. If my LORs are not received until August, would it still be beneficial to submit secondaries in July? Do schools need LORs in order to review your primary and secondary and to offer you an interview? I knew I should have requested my letter packet earlier but kept putting it off. 🙁

If they sent it out today, why would AMCAS not get it until August? It doesn't take two months to mail and process something.
Anyways, my school doesn't even send our committee letters out till July. You're fine.
