Does it matter that the ERAS form is not with my LOR?

I asked a couple of attendings for LOR before I started the whole ERAS process so I didn't give them the ERAS waiver form. I would assume that they will not mention in thier letter that I waived my right to see it (b/c i technically didn't). Does this matter? Will residency directors care? Will they not weight these letters as much now? Oh, and do they scan in the waiver form into ERAS w/ the letter or does just the letter get sent?

Thanks

Your dean's office can not scan the LOR into ERAS without the cover letter. Also, the cover form lists the proper format in which your writers should write the LOR's. So yes, it matters that the ERAS form is not with your LOR.
