Does it matter what my Masters is in?

Hello,

I am moving onto a masters following a postbacc. I have a choice of my masters degree being in physiology, immunology & microbiology, or molecular biology & genetics. Does it matter? Which one is the best to go with? Does one look better than the other? Thanks!
