With the biology pre-reqs? Do you mean you're going to have pre-reqs missing? Two problems - review courses really are meant to refresh your memory of things you've already had - you could be a fantastic student, but a review course is still not going to take the time to explain the underlying detail in order for you to have a good understanding of something you've never seen before. Second, Kaplan and everyone else makes decisions about what to emphasize based on all of the information that they can gather about what was actually covered on recent MCAT exams. If you look at the MCAT website, they have a comprehensive list of every topic that's fair game for the exam. I think you'd find that some of the coverage is pretty cursory on things they haven't tested on in a long time. But MCAT loves to throw a few curves now and then - which isn't that big of a problem unless you're counting on a 39.
