*Wow* it is hard to find quality information on this organization!
Even after a year of research, including writing to them and their affiliation organizations, they still seem like a mystery. You'd think they were the CIA.
Anyway, here's the question: Does anyone out there know (for sure) if, after you have taken the NHSC scholarship and completed your residency in a primary care area, you are supposed to find your own job in an underserved area, or if they place you in one according to, say, your top five choices?
If it is the former, does anyone know of a listing of federally designated shortage areas that would qualify?
