Does one have to pay for both tuition and OMM?

I was looking through the financial aid page of the school I was accepted at and it seems like one has to pay for both tuition and OMM...

Am I wrong or Is this true for all DO schools?

Only thing I can think of is an OMM lab fee of some sort. Can you provide rough numbers? Agree with wise posters above, this seems unusual.

Hope so. It was just weird how the tuition and omm was separated into different sections and had different numbers on their financial page
